We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If a storage solution doesn't work for your home, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Are your storage containers BPA-free and food-safe?

Yes, all of our kitchen and pantry organization products are made from high-quality, BPA-free plastics and materials that are 100% food-safe.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
