At Organize-Better, we want you to love your organized space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all dividers, labels, and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned storage solutions, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
